Getting your haircut / blow dried / styled must be a serious business in Shanghai…. or it’s a favourite pass-time!
The number of hairdressers in Shanghai is huge and they open all hours of the day. In particular, it’s really fun seeing how they wash someone’s hair whilst they sit reading a magazine.

Near Zhongshan Park at Anhua Lu. These dried ducks and other dried meat are all over Shanghai at the moment. I’m quite tempted to dry some!
Federation Square takes in much of what could be described as central Melbourne. Of course, it’s also another place to grab a coffee under an umbrella!!
It’s time for a bit of Melbourne. My 10 day trip to Australia now heads a couple hours flight south to Melbourne where they seem much more obsessed about good food, eating out and a good coffee. No shortage of places to get a latte here and with so many establishments it makes the quality [...]

This is a neat place. The ground floor is dedicated to selling all the different types of plastic styled film cameras (lomos, Holga and all the accessories), whilst on the other floors there are galleries, a reading room with old 1980’s [...]
Small dried fish are very popular in Seoul, so the extent that there are whole markets just selling fish.
